The Vibration Platform inSPORTline Maviro is ideal for strengthening and shaping your body, muscle relaxation or recovery after physical activity! Thanks to oscillating vibration (vertical swinging), this vibration platform makes the exercise more effective as it engages different muscle groups, including the deep stabilizing muscles. You can choose the muscle groups you want to strengthen or relax (it all depends on the position you take on the machine). You can either stand or sit on it, do squats, push-ups or all kinds of presses. It is entirely up to you.

You can also use the removable resistance bands with soft handles, which will help you exercise your upper body. The anti-slip exercise area with massage elements and magnets is extremely comfortable for your feet.

As the platform supports Bluetooth connectivity, you can pair it with your phone or tablet and listen to your favorite music during the workout. What’s more, the platform also has a USB jack, which allows you to connect an external hard drive and play your own playlists.

The Vibration Platform inSPORTline Maviro offers as many as 99 vibration speeds. You can change the settings using the included remote control or the control panel with an easy-to-read LED display that shows the current speed, program and time. This vibration platform features 5 preset programs and 1 manual program which gives you full control over your workout.
