SGGX30 HMS, a set of nickel-plated dumbbells with rubberized plates and a barbell function.

SGGX30 HMS is a set of two dumbbells with interchangeable weights. Thanks to a special connection it can be converted into a barbell. This innovative solution enables a user to save space and it significantly expands the range of workout possibilities compared to a regular set of dumbbells. The process of transformation of dumbbells into a barbell is very simple and does not take much time. Due to the SGGX30 HMS set it is possible to perform exercises addressed to all muscle groups and in varied configurations.

HMS brand focuses primarily on highest quality materials. SGGX30 is made of nickel-plated steel, whose main feature is very high strength. This ensures years of unproblematic use. An additional protection is the rubber that wraps each plate. This solution protects the weights from damage, but it also protects the floor, where the weight is put and in case of home gym it is very important. The rubber, apart from the protective function, also absorbs shocks and it has soundproofing function.

On the handles of the dumbbells there is also a rubber which offers a firm and comfortable grip. The connector supplied to have the barbell is covered with a sponge. It is very useful, for example, while performing squats. Thanks to it there is no discomfort caused by the pressure of the barbell on the back.
