Thanks to its design, which looks like the attacker’s arms, you can practice not only offensive but also defensive punches. The arms allow you to practice how to block and dodge a punch, but also the timing of your punches, which makes it ideal for individual practice.
Even though the punching bag itself is extremely lightweight and easy to store, which makes it ideal for traveling, when filled with water and/or air, it becomes a durable workout companion. This punching dummy is made of durable PVC material, which is commonly used for making inflatable boats. However, to make punching without gloves more comfortable, it features a neoprene cover.
